Delivery



Delivery is FREE! for all orders of £100 or over. For orders less than £100 there is a flat delivery fee of £2.45. The total delivery charge will be shown at the checkout stage of the ordering process.

Whenever possible, goods will be dispatched and delivered within 5 working days, however, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case for every order and customers should allow 10 working days. We send orders either via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, which requires a signature on receipt, or by Royal Mail Parcel Post. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel, which is usually held at your local Post Office. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to collect the parcel. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the Post Office in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.

If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please email or call us BEFORE placing the order to arrange next day delivery at an additional cost.

In the event that you select a business address for delivery we shall be deemed to have delivered the order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.

We regret that we cannot deliver to addresses outside the UK.
